Halloweeeeeeeeen!
Are you going trick or treating tonight? What are you dressing up as?
Halloween started as an ancient ritual dealing with the spirits of people who had died during the year. Back in the old days, people thought that the spirits of these people would come back to earth one night each year: October 31st!
But Halloween has gradually become a very fun night for kids and candy and dressing up! And now really has nothing to do with spirits coming back to earth! It’s just a good time!
